Sundays in the Park: The Retro Ramblers

“Songs of your life in three-part harmony”. The Retro Ramblers are three guys who love to sing. Their repertoire is focused on songs from the seventies and eighties with a little contemporary funk thrown in. Add a few singalongs and the occasional political satire, and you have a musical potpourri.

Performer Bio

The Retro Ramblers are an eclectic quartet of songsters who specialize in tight harmony and loose living. Okay, we’re kidding about the loose living. “Our musical bag is pretty mixed; a little barbershop, a little doo wop, some a cappella and lots of fun.” They call their show Songs of Your Life and their goal is to make your day a little brighter. Live. Eat. Sing. The ensemble consists of Norm Nurmi, basso profundo and bon vivant, king of the high C’s, Steve Szmutni, youth and experience combined and Patrick Rose, comic relief and whiskey tenor. Collectively they provide harmonic structure and joie de vivre. More information at http://theretroramblers.com/
