Welcome to Music Niagara’s 2011 season!

The pleasure of assembling a dynamic, challenging and entertaining season is motivated by our interest in serving both audience and artists alike. Each year we work hard to bring the most talented, diverse, and engaging performers to Niagara on the Lake and with artists such as Stewart Goodyear, The Gryphon Trio, The Cecilia String Quartet, Quartetto Gelato and Andre Laplante we are looking forward to a stimulating and rewarding season. We will celebrate the 200th birthday of Franz Liszt with a unique presentation on Liszt and his life. We will also host a series of Canadian Masters and 2 concerts featuring celebrated cello/piano duos. There will be jazz and a new series of Fado and Flamenco music as well as thrilling concerts by up-and-coming young talents in our Young Virtuoso and Young Artists series.

The other group it is a pleasure to imagine as we create this season, is you. To see our audiences thrill to outstanding music in our beautiful, unique Niagara venues – baroque within reach of wine barrels, hot jazz at cool bistros, chamber music in historic churches – is a joy that spurs our efforts to bring you the best. Discover the intimate musical experiences we’ve brought together for you in charming Niagara spaces this summer. We’ll look forward to seeing you here!
