Music Niagara is excited to include Vintage Hotels as one our partners this season. Vintage Hotels provide an ideal setting for a unique musical experience in historic Niagara-on-the-Lake.
In 1997, three top landmark hotels in Niagara-on-the-Lake joined together to create a new standard of elegance and sophistication in the region. Since then, Vintage Hotels (formerly known as Vintage Inns) has worked relentlessly to turn these magnificent properties into destinations for the most discerning travellers.
Working together with local farmers, vintners, and artists, the team of experts at Vintage Hotels has created an experience that brings fine cuisine and great wine together with top cultural and recreational attractions.
Music Niagara will be filming a few of our At Home Performances at Queen’s Landings in 2020. Queen’s Landing is a grand Georgian-style mansion with elegant decor, attentive service, and a breathtaking waterfront setting. Located at the meeting point of the Niagara River and Lake Ontario, it is an ideal location for unique musical performances.
Built in 1990, Queen’s Landing was erected on the site of the Old Niagara Harbour and Dock Company, incorporated in 1831. Its architecture reflects the Georgian Era, a significant period in the development of Upper Canada. The exterior features Venetian windows, heavy pediments with mouldings, and large columns. The interior is flooded with natural light, which pours in through floor to-ceiling windows. The Scarlett O’Hara entrance is inspired by a sweeping staircase surrounded by marble floors and stained-glass accents which define the Queen’s Landing as a mansion with style.
